Crumbed/Battered Chicken Nuggets – Gluten Free

Gluten Free Crumbed Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
Chicken Tenderloins
Rice Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
Gluten Free Breadcrumbs

Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite sized pieces.
Coat the chicken pieces in rice flour.
Then dip the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs.
Lastly, coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs.

Fry until golden brown.

Gluten Free Battered Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
Chicken Tenderloins
1 1/2 Cups of Rice Flour
1 Teaspoon of Gluten Free Baking Powder
1 Egg
Water to mix

Cut the Chicken Tenderloins into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the rice flour, baking powder, egg and add water until you have a smooth fairly runny batter.Use a whisk to mix it (to avoid getting lumps).
Coat the chicken pieces in a little extra rice flour.
Then dip them in the batter and fry until golden brown.
