Having read just about every packet and tin in the supermarket it can get very tireesome.
I think every packet should have allergies on them by now. Even more annoying is goods that have never had gluten in the recipe having a huge Gluten free label to intice you to buy. Corn chips and cornflakes do not have gluten, so don’t buy the expensive gluten free shelf ones.
Tomato Ketchup, probably most sauses and dips
Frozen chips are rolled in flour
Soups both tins and packets
