Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
150gms Melted Butter
200gms Caster Sugar
150gms Soft Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
300gms Brown Rice Flour
1 Teaspoon of GF Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa (GF)
150gms Chocolate Chips (GF)

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining with baking paper
Mix all ingredients together well
Form the dough into balls and place on baking sheets
Flatten the balls with a fork
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes
